We aim to work with the best recruiters – each of whom has worked in the recruitment sector for a minimum of 5 years – and give them all the support they need to achieve their desired outcome.
Below is the process by which you can become a Gershon de Rosa recruiter:
Exploratory telephone conversation with Adeline Roberts, our Talent Acquisition Director, who will act as the main contact and support you through this process.
Further face to face conversations to discuss your career and to ensure that our values and what you want to achieve, are aligned.
Meeting with the team to understand your business plan and communicate how Gershon de Rosa will assist you in achieving it.
