Gershon de Rosa has been created to suit you, not to test you.  As a mature and experienced recruiter, it’s just as important that we’re right for you as it is that you’re right for us.

We aim to work with the best recruiters – each of whom has worked in the recruitment sector for a minimum of 5 years – and give them all the support they need to achieve their desired outcome.

Below is the process by which you can become a Gershon de Rosa recruiter:

  • Exploratory telephone conversation with Adeline Roberts, our Talent Acquisition Director, who will act as the main contact and support you through this process.

  • Further face to face conversations to discuss your career and to ensure that our values and what you want to achieve, are aligned.

  • Meeting with the team to understand your business plan and communicate how Gershon de Rosa will assist you in achieving it.
